The official handover ceremony of Computer-Aided Detection “4” COVID-19 (CAD4COVID) was hosted in Ga West Municipal hospital (Amasaman). H.E. Mr. Ron Strikker, Netherlands Ambassador to Ghana officially handed over the Delft CAD4COVID Software to Mr. Patrick Kuma Aboagye, Director General of the Ghana Health Service who received the equipment on behalf of the Minister for Health.

This artificial intelligence solution to facilitate the triage of COVID-19 suspects in Ghana has been installed in 51 district and regional hospitals in 12 regions by Universal Delft. In attendance also were health workers and dignitaries from the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Ministry of Health (MoH), Food & Drugs Authority (FDA), National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP), Chief of Amasaman amongst others.
